You propose one clear claim, then try a next test you can actually run. You log the session, including how you felt going in. You mark whether the session supported the guess, argued against it, or taught nothing clear yet. You revise or retire the guess. You promote nothing to “earned” without household evidence and your own judgment under veterinary care.
Method, not cure. Hypotheses are household experiments, not public protocols to copy blindly. Do not start, stop, or change medications because a tracking method suggested a pattern.
