Either way, after you join, Mark sends your household key by hand (store it; we only keep a hash), project instructions for Claude, and a short note on how to connect the private Club brain. Expect a person, not an instant email.
Claude’s own plan is separate. You bring the chat desk.
First, join Club above. Second, connect Claude: create a Project, paste the instructions, prefer Opus-class if you can, and connect the private brain with the note that came with your key. Third, say boot, then talk. Onboarding happens in the conversation: the partner asks about your dog's history and remembers it. That is the signup.
