Plain language
Start here after a hard night, after an idiopathic shrug, or when you want help that can remember your dog from week to week.
This is what Club guidance can feel like when you are not thinking about connectors. Your week will not match this calendar. The shape is what matters.
Monday, arrival. You name the bind in your words, including guilt about the throw and fear of the next storm. The partner reflects without the shrug.
Tuesday, one hypothesis. You are not opening ten Amazon tabs. You pick one testable guess for this dog this week, and you keep love-moves in their own bucket.
Wednesday, a session. You run fetch, a swim, a walk, rest, cooling, or sport. You come back and say what happened in exact language, including how you felt going in.
Thursday, support or contradict. You ask whether the session leaned for or against the hypothesis, or whether it simply was not informative. There is no theater.
Friday, caregiver load. You put sleep, work, sitters, and anticipatory grief into the record when they are stealing today’s river. That human half belongs beside the dog notes.
Sunday, overview. You ask for a short drumbeat so the fog does not win. You queue one next livable test. Nobody pretends the overview is a cure.
The point is not a perfect log. The point is authentic dog life plus careful attention, with a partner that remembers so you do not have to re-teach the story every night.
